Bleach at Topshop

by Fluffleberry on May 23, 2011

On Saturday I went to Bleach, the pop up hairdresser at Topshop. I wrote about Bleach a few weeks back and have been meaning to go for ages.

It was the perfect antidote to expensive hairdressers who just don”t seem to grasp the brief. I used to ask for something “a bit rock and roll” and come out with very boring highlights and a depleted bank balance! The shampoo and set mindset is soooo yesterday. I think we’d all like something new?

At Bleach I found it, everyone just instinctively knew what I wanted. At last I felt I was among like minded (and haired) people. I even felt confident to ask for a trim without explaining how, as I knew I wouldn’t come out looking like a middle aged bore.

I had a blond dip dye, a little trim (as I’m growing my hair again) and lastly a lavender wash, all for £100! I had loads of fun. The walls are covered with ripped out magazine pages and Grace, my stylist/colourist was lovely.

The lavender colour will wash out within a week and I am already planning a bright smurf blue for next time!
