Drawings Future Beauty

by Fluffleberry on December 18, 2010

This season I have been trotting around London attending some of the wonderful exhibitions the city has to offer. One of the highlights has been “Future Beauty: 30 Years of Japanese Fashion” at The Barbican. It is super exciting as it is the first exhibition of it’s kind in Europe.

Japanese fashion has made a huge impact on us all in the 20th century so I was very keen to check this out and it did not disappoint. I loved the radical ideas and the sculptural quality of the design. It’s well worth a visit but if you can’t make it here are some of my photos and drawings of the highlights…
