Sole Spa at Libertys

OK girls, the next step is the all important pedicure for beautiful, baby soft feet whilst on your holiday.
My friend Giles told me that “women’s feet are important, as this is where it all begins”. I’m not entirely sure what he means but I know I love to treat my feet to all sorts of luxuries. My shoe collection knows no bounds, therefore I figure I need  pretty toes to do them justice?

So in London, where to go for your pedi? There are so many places! This time I chose to try the Sole Spa at Liberty. It’s a pedicure with a difference inside a beautiful spa complete with relaxation pods in the soothing salt room and all to be found in the basement of my most adored department store! What’s not to love?

My medical pedicure was performed by a trained podiatrist. She massaged, filed with a scalpel, buffed, and smoothed my feet to perfection. She also advised my that my shoes have been a little too tight on my left foot and that I needed to stretch my calf muscles on a more regular basis. It was very interesting and informative.

My nails were then painted and I hung in a bubble chair in the salt room whilst I waited for my tootsies to dry. It was sublime!
